Privacy policy and SMS terms

How we handle information you share with us through this website and by text message.

What this website collects

This website does not have forms, and it does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Like most websites, our web host may keep routine server logs, such as your IP address and the pages you visited.

If you call, email, or text us, we use the information you give us to respond and to handle your matter, and we keep it confidential. Contacting us through this website does not by itself create an attorney-client relationship, so please do not send confidential details until we have agreed to represent you.

Booking a time

The "Book a time to talk" button takes you to Calendly, a separate service. Anything you enter there is governed by Calendly's privacy policy.
