1.  Spouse/legal partner and children are those of the spouse or legal

partner, spouse/legal partner gets 100% of the estate

  2.  if there is no spouse or legal partner, then the estate goes to the parents of the deceased.  No parents, then to the brothers and sisters. 

  3.  if there are children from a previous relationship, then the spouse gets a portion  and the children get a portion.
